问题:
我发现当我实际运行代码时,求解器中的时间t似乎来回变动,这导致spiketrain[-1]大于t,并且值syn变得非常负面并显着破坏我的模拟(如果运行代码,您可以在图中看到负值)。

求解器确实会来回运动,我认为这也是由于变量时间步长导致的。但我认为困难在于f(t,X)的结果不仅取决于tX,还取决于对该函数之前调用所做的操作,这不是一个好主意。

您的代码通过替换以下内容来实现:

inputspike(t)
g_syn = synapse(t, spiketrain[-1])

by:

last_spike_date = np.max( a[a<t] )
g_syn = synapse(t, last_spike_date)

通过使用 a = np.insert(a, 0, -1e4) 为 "settle time" 设置一个 "old event"。这是为了始终定义一个 last_spike_date (请参见下面代码中的注释)。
