找到了问题所在。

显然，我拥有的libiconv没有编译为正确的架构x86_64，并且jekyll-import和nokogiri需要i386。

解决方案是安装通用的libiconv库。我通过使用mac端口并安装libiconv端口通用变体来实现这一点。

sudo port install libiconv
sudo port install libiconv +universal

我还需要像这样安装libxml2和libxslt。之后一切都完美了。
