看起来你对matplotlib的使用相当高级,但我仍然建议使用专门的图形绘制库(就像networkx文档中所述)。随着图形变得越来越大,会出现更多问题——但这些问题在那些库中已经得到解决。

"go-to"选项是graphviz,它可以很好地处理多图的绘制。你可以从networkx图中编写dot文件,然后使用其中一个图形绘制工具(如dot、neato等)。
