我不确定如何获得左侧y轴断点。我通过取d$cumsum的唯一值手动设置它们,但可能有一种方法在scale_y_continuous的breaks参数中编写一个函数来实现它。
ggplot2的更新版本允许使用辅助轴,但它需要基于主轴的转换。在这种情况下,这意味着它应该获取主轴的值并除以最大值以获得百分比。
正如@ClausWilke在评论中指出的那样,为了确保次要轴与数据对齐,使顶部点为100%,请在设置次要轴时使用~./max(d$cumsum)。
