在我的长时间运行的服务中，我已经实现了一个startForeground方法来启动持续通知，该方法在创建时调用。

我曾经遇到过同样的问题。当我在两个应用程序中使用相同的通道ID和通知ID时，就会出现问题。因此，请尝试使用唯一的通知ID和通道ID。

我在答案中没有看到这个提到。我忘记将我的应用程序类（继承自Application）添加到清单文件中。通知无法工作是因为通道是在那里创建的。
