根据错误信息中conda的URL，看起来OP正在使用Windows。但是Sage不支持在Windows上通过conda安装：

SageMath可以从conda-forge在大多数当前桌面和笔记本电脑使用的x86-64的Linux和macOS上安装。

如果您查看https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/sage/files上的sage文件，只列出了macOS和Linux软件包。
