在通过startFragment方法初始化的AppCompactActivity中添加您的登录片段。

然后您尝试在mainActivity上找到user_name字段。您将fragment添加到了AppCompatActivity而不是MainActivity上(我猜您是动态地将fragment添加到MainActivity上)。因此,EditText不存在。
