由于某些原因,GridSearchCV认为n_estimators参数应该等于每个折叠的大小。如果我更改tuned_parameters列表中n_estimators的第一个值,我会得到一个ValueError并且期望值会变成另一个值。
仅使用clf = ensemble.RandomForestRegressor(n_estimators=500, n_jobs=1, verbose=1)训练一个模型可以正常工作,所以我不确定我是否做错了什么或者scikit-learn中是否存在错误。

看起来像是一个bug,但在你的情况下,如果你使用RandomForestRegressor自己的评分器(恰好是R ^ 2得分),而不指定GridSearchCV中的任何评分函数,则它应该可以工作。
clf = GridSearchCV(ensemble.RandomForestRegressor(), tuned_parameters, cv=5, 
                   n_jobs=-1, verbose=1)

评分不接受度量函数。它接受签名为(estimator, X, y_true=None) -> float score的函数。您可以使用scoring ='r2'或scoring = make_scorer(r2_score)。
