上传时压缩图像大小-PHP

Question

我正在将屏幕截图上传到我的网站。

我想要上传原始图片，并保持宽度和高度相同的属性，只是我想要减小它的大小。例如，如果上传前的图片大小为3 MB，则上传/保存后必须为300 KB。但是，在我的情况下，生成的图片无法显示，完全是一张空白的图片。
