将BottomNavigationView移动到LinearLayout内部

fragment元素的重要属性是将android:layout_height="0dp"设置为与约束布局匹配，并添加app:layout_constraintBottom_toTopOf="@id/nav_view"以使fragment位于BottomNavigationView上方。
