您可以使用以下代码创建对象目录:
$(shell mkdir -p $(dir $(OBJS)) >/dev/null)

但是你没有在任何地方创建DEPDIR,因此当编译器尝试在那里创建文件时会失败。

你可以添加这一行来创建依赖目录:

$(shell mkdir -p $(DEPDIR))

或者,将其添加到先前的 shell 函数中。
