你的问题是"SoftmaxWithLoss"层试图将每个输入图像的预测向量(每个向量有2个元素)与每个图像的大小为256x256的标签进行比较,这是没有意义的。
错误的根本原因:我猜你想要做的是对图像中的每个像素应用二元分类器。为此,您将"fc1"定义为一个具有num_output=2"InnerProduct"层。然而,Caffe看到的是您将单个二元分类器应用于整个图像。因此,Caffe会给出一个对整个图像的二元预测。
解决方法:在处理像素级别的预测时,您不再需要使用"InnerProduct"层,而是可以使用"完全卷积网络"。如果您将"fc1"替换为卷积层(例如,一个核心检查每个像素的5x5环境,并根据此补丁做出决策),则可以解决此问题。
