尽管这个问题已经有了确认答案，但是由于@Nate似乎对此感到困惑，我认为我可以展示一种更简单的方法。使用Erica Utilities中的notificationWatcher可以在标准通知发生时打印出一个列表。像这样在命令行中运行它:

notificationWatcher -st | grep -v rawOrientation

您不需要使用grep，但当设备在移动时出现许多com.apple.springboard.rawOrientation通知时，使用它可以很有用。
