在第二个排序中,您忘记添加一个返回语句

array2D.forEach(array => {

    array.sort(({year:a}, {year:b}) =>  {

        return b.localeCompare(a)

    })

})

你也可以写成没有返回值的表达式。
array.sort(({year:a}, {year:b}) => b.localeCompare(a))
