问题是什么？

Configure::read('facebook.oauth_dialg_url')

应该修改为：

Configure::read('facebook.oauth_dialog_url') 

同样要确保在bootstrap.php文件中编写适当的Configure::write命令。

Configure::write('facebook.oauth_dialog_url', 'http://some-value.com/path/to/url');
