Jupyter笔记本内核无法连接

Question

我之前在我的Mac上使用过Jupyter Notebook（Python 2和3）。在一段时间不使用后，似乎出现了一个问题，我无法解决。当我从终端使用命令Jupyter notebook启动笔记本，然后选择我想要使用的笔记本时，会出现错误：

"A connection to the notebook server could not be established. The notebook will continue trying to reconnect. Check your network connection or notebook server configuration."

我确定这与我的互联网连接无关（我尝试了连接到不同网络的2台计算机）。

我已经阅读了浏览器可能是问题的原因，因此我已经安装了Chrome和Firefox。然而，当我使用Safari、Chrome和Firefox时，仍然出现错误。

然后我了解到这可能是代理问题。我已经尝试将笔记本的服务器地址添加到我的Mac高级网络首选项和Firefox的高级设置的“无代理字段”中。
