它是一个处理程序,将记录存储在内存中,并在达到最大容量或记录特定级别时调用flush。然后,flush将发送记录到target处理程序,该处理程序可以是您的数据库处理程序。

flush确实不在基本处理程序中调用,它只是在API中定义,由子类决定如何以及是否调用它。 唯一会调用它的情况是当logging.shutdown被调用时。

例如,MemoryHandler在emit(从BufferingHandler继承)中执行此操作:
