pip install --no-deps torchvision

由于大小限制，PyTorch的Windows版本从未上传到PyPi for Windows。因此，在安装时，您需要使用-f或--force-link选项链接PyTorch轮:

pip install torch===1.5.0 torchvision===0.6.0 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

pip3 install http://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu90/torch-0.4.0-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl

pip3 install torchvision
