没有 project() 调用，大部分 CMake 命令都无法工作。其中 find_package() 也是其中之一。

通常，只有 set() 命令可以在 project() 调用之前使用，所有其他命令都应该在它之后使用：

cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.0)
project(MyProject) # <-- This defines many internal CMake variables, required for other commands.
find_package(CUDA REQUIRED)
