Ruby中的rubocop无法加载这样的文件-- rubocop/rspec/focused。

那个警察是 rubocop-rspec 插件的一部分，所以你可能还需要运行 gem install rubocop-rspec。

任何插件都应该在 .rubocop.yml 文件中明确启用。 rubocop-rspec-focused gem 不再维护，因此切换到官方的 rubocop-rspec 是有意义的。 - andrykonchin

已找到并修复了问题。

事实证明，罪魁祸首是：

  1. rubocop -v 0.85.0
  2. rubocop-rspec

解决方法就是降级这两个版本，因为我们的组织正在使用旧版本。所以现在我安装了：

  1. rubocop -v 0.75.1
  2. rubocop-rspec-focused
