如何设置Ant代理的Windows环境变量

我最终通过设置环境变量，而没有使用双引号来将其括起来，使其工作了。

set ANT_OPTS=-Dhttp.proxyHost=proxy.eur.xerox.com -Dhttp.proxyPort=8000

由于某种原因，使用双引号或在命令中指定代理设置都无效。代理设置必须用带引号的环境变量。

进一步说：

根据http://ant.apache.org/manual/install.html#proxy，在命令中指定代理设置是行不通的，因为它们将成为标准的ANT属性而不是JVM选项。
