您在使用的是仅限外部存储的 MediaStore.Images.Media.EXTERNAL_CONTENT_URI。对于内部存储,有MediaStore.Images.Media.INTERNAL_CONTENT_URI。 您可以使用MergeCursor来合并两个查询结果。
