CGImageDestinationFinalize导致崩溃

@matt 我自己无法重现这个崩溃,但在主队列上完成不会导致新的崩溃,但会导致主线程被阻塞,从而防止用户取消正在进行的操作。 - Jordan H

iOS 9中存在的这个已知问题在iOS 10中得到了解决。源代码没有任何问题。
