我在我的Mac上安装了最新版本的Java来修复这个问题 - 这刷新了证书并清除了算法错误。在从另一台工作机器导入一些证书之前，我曾尝试导出证书，最终找到了解决办法。

解决方案: 打开SDK管理器，点击顶部菜单中的工具 -> 选项，并启用 "force h ttps://...sources"。
