尝试连接PG数据库时，我遇到了以下错误：

$ heroku pg:psql --app rf1
psql: could not connect to server: Operation timed out Is the server running on host "ec2-184-73-161-119.compute-1.amazonaws.com" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

请问我该如何解决它呢？附注：我正在使用OS X环境，并且已安装本地pg。更新：

heroku pg:info --app rf1
