我正在使用Visual Studio 2013 Premium。NuGet包管理器窗口突然停止工作，现在只显示“未找到”，因为Powershell初始化失败。

我尝试重新安装NuGet，重启，删除带有NuGet扩展名的文件夹等操作。

请问有人知道是什么原因导致这种情况发生了吗，或者至少如何查明问题所在？
