我不确定swift命令的语法，但是使用xcodebuild设置目标可以帮助我。

xcodebuild -quiet clean test -project YourProject.xcodeproj -scheme YourScheme -destination 'platform=iOS Simulator,name=iPhone 8'

似乎在Package.swift中为platforms设置iOS，你仍然会有Mac作为可用的构建目标，在列表的开头并且最终被用于这种情况。
