“strict-version-matcher-plugin”错误信息是虚假的错误信息。

可能还没有版本为“4.2.0”的Google服务插件

实际问题是,它在Java依赖项中没有丢失任何内容,因为那些buildscript依赖项是Gradle插件。因此,请替换:
