问题已解决。在挂载分区时，Linux 会自动为该分区中的所有文件和目录设置权限。一旦挂载后，权限就无法更改。因此，卸载分区后，在 etc/fstab 中更改 umask 值为 022，并创建符号链接即可。一切正常运行。
