无需将Python降级到3.6.x

如果您发现在Windows上安装所有庞大的Visual Studio只是为了构建dlib太过繁琐，那么最好的方法是在conda中创建另一个环境，然后安装dlib。为什么？因为我们需要预先构建的适用于Windows的wheel（whl）文件：

conda install -c conda-forge dlib
