为了修复您的相机方向,需要更改surfaceCreated函数以将相机从默认的横向模式旋转到纵向模式(因为您的活动处于纵向模式):
@Override
public void surfaceCreated(SurfaceHolder holder) {
   camera = Camera.open();
   Parameters parameters = camera.getParameters();
   camera.setDisplayOrientation(90);
   camera.setParameters(parameters);
}

当您尝试拍照时,您的应用程序也会崩溃...但这不是手头的问题...虽然这可能与您需要将以下行添加到清单中有关:

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
