如果您没有使用Spring MVC，为了使用request作用域，您必须在web.xml中引用RequestContextListener：

如果您使用Servlet 2.4+ Web容器，并且请求在Spring的DispatcherServlet之外处理（例如，在使用JSF或Struts时），则需要将以下javax.servlet.ServletRequestListener添加到Web应用程序的web.xml文件中的声明中：
