我在Visual Studio 2019中遇到了同样的问题，升级/修复并没有起作用。然而，有一个非常容易使用且需要比尝试修复VS模板更少时间的dotnet new。例如：

  • 默认项目创建（预览）

    dotnet new mvc --dry-run
