我认为scikit-learn希望y是一个一维数组。 您的变量labels是2-D,labels.shape为(N,1)。警告提示您使用labels.ravel(),它将把labels转换为一维数组,形状为(N,)。
重新调整形状也可以:labels=labels.reshape((N,))
仔细想想,调用squeeze也可以:labels=labels.squeeze()

我想这里需要注意的是,在numpy中,一维数组与其中一个维度等于1的2-D数组是不同的。
