我尝试更改版本、清理构建、重新安装Android SDK等，但都没有效果。

我已经找出了问题所在。

问题是组件作者更改了他们的IP地址并未通知社区。

Gradle保留了插件缓存，我必须清除缓存以使gradle识别新的IP地址。为此，我执行了以下操作： 在Android Studio中：

1. 文件 > 无效缓存/重启...
2. 无效并重启

在Android终端（OSX）中： ./gradlew cleanBuildCache 在Android终端（Windows）中： gradlew cleanBuildCache

如果您的系统时间是正确的，您可能需要彻底卸载并重新安装JVM。

您的构建失败是因为Gradle无法访问工件库。当它尝试连接时，会抛出此错误：

sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed:

这是Gradle告诉你Gradle和构件库之间的TLS握手失败了。

有几个原因可能会导致这种情况：

1. 一些方式破坏了您的信任存储，因此JVM无法识别任何SSL证书，包括CA签名的证书。
2. 您的系统时间非常不准确，验证程序认为站点的SSL证书已过期或尚未生效。
3. 您在TLS感知代理后面，但您没有将代理的证书放入信任存储中。
4. 仓库的SSL证书实际上已经损坏（在这种情况下，不仅您，而且其他人也无法使用）

您可以通过将Web浏览器指向错误中显示的存储库下载URL来排除大多数问题。如果文件下载成功，则知道不是您的系统时间或服务器的SSL证书的问题。
