每行堆栈跟踪都是在SymbolizeAndDemangle()函数中准备的。它计算变量start_address/base_address并调用GetSymbolFromObjectFile()函数,该函数尝试查找与给定帧指针(pc)对应的符号。
在v0.3.4中,GetSymbolFromObjectFile()的调用传递了start_address的值,即一个内存区域的起始地址,该地址永远不可能为零。GetSymbolFromObjectFile()没有检查start_address的值,只是将其用于两个符号表的查找。
在v0.3.5中,GetSymbolFromObjectFile()的调用开始传递base_address的值。如果帧程序计数器在第一个内存区域内被找到,并且可执行映像已经被映射为零偏移,则该值可以变为零。这似乎是一个常见情况。
GetSymbolFromObjectFile()中的另一个更改添加了符号偏移调整代码和一个新的检查:如果所有调整后symbol_offset等于零,则函数返回一个表示“未找到符号”的失败值。由于symbol_offset变量是从base_address计算出来的,所以这种情况变得相当可能。
