运行brew doctor时，我遇到了这个错误。

Warning: Your compilers are different from the standard versions for your Xcode.
If you have Xcode 4.3 or newer, you should install the Command Line Tools for
Xcode from within Xcode's Download preferences.
Otherwise, you should reinstall Xcode.

我已经多次重新安装了Xcode，并每次重新安装了CLI工具。

您不需要重新安装Xcode。转到Xcode首选项菜单，然后单击下载。您将看到在组件下安装“命令行工具”的选项。安装完成后，Homebrew就不会再出现问题了。
