我第二次遇到了相同的问题。

以下是我解决它所采取的步骤：

  1. 卸载所有Xamarin产品（Xamarin Android、Xamarin Studio等）
  2. 前往 C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE\Extensions 并删除 Xamarin 文件夹
  3. 前往 C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\Common7\IDE\Extensions 并删除 Xamarin 文件夹
  4. 安装 Xamarin Studio 或仅安装 mono-android-4.8.00013.msi，根据您的需要进行选择
