根据您的问题,您想要在多个字段中进行搜索。然而,根据您的逻辑,返回的是在OR序列中找到的第一个结果,而不会返回可能的后续匹配项;请记住,OR运算符在获得真实结果后停止评估。
为了将您的外部左连接转换为内部连接,您需要具有AND/OR Q对象排列的搜索字段组合(最佳?),或者单独查询它们并对结果进行交集(次优),或者自己编写SQL(次优)。
