无法卸载Python 3.6

你的python3和python3.6二进制文件1安装在/usr/local/bin，这不是默认位置，dpkg（或APT）并不知道它们。所以它们很可能不是通过dpkg或APT安装的。要卸载它们，只需从/usr/local/bin文件夹中删除它们。

初步检查

我建议先将它们重命名：

sudo mv /usr/local/bin/python3 /usr/local/bin/python3.bak
sudo mv /usr/local/bin/python3.6 /usr/local/bin/python3.6.bak

然后检查当你运行python3时，APT安装的版本是否生效：
python3 --version # expected output: Python 3.5.2

如果此检查成功，您可以安全地删除文件/usr/local/bin/python3.bak和/usr/local/bin/python3.6.bak。
